Work Outline: -Support customer on time by phone and mail
-Sometime go to visit client and teach them how to use software
-Support Sales department
Duties & Responsibility:
•Receiving phone call from client when trouble happened in client’s warehouse (mainly in Japanese)
•Find solution and solve their problem via phone
•Sometime go to visit client and see the problem
•Go to teach how to use software to client if it’s necessary (around 2 week to 1 month)
- Software is a software for ordinary person so it’s easy to use and learn
•Beside on time support, Prepare the document for sales team (Japanese, Thai, English)
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, male or female, Age 25-35
•Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language or related fields
•At least 1 years’ experience in support Japanese client
•Good command of written and spoken English
•PC Skill (Microsoft office)
•Japanese language skill at least N2 level
•Able to do job in flexible time
[Prefer]
•Have knowledge in IT filed or software
•Have car and driver license
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Business level(At least N2)
Workplace Area: BTS / Surasak (10 minutes by car)
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30
