Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer inquiries/complaints
Handle with customers regarding the solutions and provide alternatives
Assist customers regarding the overall process of transaction
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Manage customers' accounts and conduct transactions
Report all the issues to the Manager
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male and Female, Age 25-30
Bachelor’s degree in any related
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support/Assistant
Good command of Chinese (Level 5 +)
Preferred Qualifications
Work well under pressure
Great customer service
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Mandarin Chinese: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:BTS / Asoke
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00
