<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle and control Import shipment by Sea & Air
• Coordinate with Liner, suppliers, Agent of liner, Custom formalities and service negotiation SEA forwarder
• Providing help and advice to customers on company’s products & services
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complicated or long-standing problems that have been passed
• Control advances of routine operations, especially inspection costs & other fees
Workplace Area: Srira-cha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30
