Duties & Responsibility:

Managing and developing a team of service, driven executives and finding innovative ways to provide best support.

Co-ordinate the activities of Operations staff to ensure the effective allocation of work and utilization of resources
Provide regular coaching and developing to team members
Priorities customer focus within the team
Responsible for recognition and motivation within the team
Provide the best solution for both client and supplier
Encourage and develop team spirit including facilitating regular team meetings
Identify training and development needs and ensure these are addressed
Manage operational delivery to maximize performance and productivity
Coordinate and participate in recruiting and training
Share best practices to support continuous improvement
Analyze and identify proactive solutions in process, productivity and service delivery
Desired skills & experiences:

Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 26 – 35
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Good command of written and spoken Japanese, business level.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good personality and problem solving skill.
[Prefer]
Japanese N2
CDD who has 1-3 years of experience in hotel or travel industry.
CDD who has service mind.
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: Business level ( Prefer N2 up)
Workplace Area: Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday), Saturday 1-2 times per month 9.00 – 12.30
