Work Outline: Customer support & Sales support (Japanese language)
Duties & Responsibility:
•Be in charge of sales support in “Logistics solution system” department
•‐Workflow of customer support-
1. Receiving phone call from client when trouble happened in client’s warehouse
2. Hearing detail of trouble in Thai then report to Japanese manager in Japanese
3. If the trouble is a kind of IT, reporting to IT department in Japan head quarter
※There is training for understanding product
•Usually be in charge of sales support also.
•Preparing the document for sales team (Japanese, Thai, English)
•Coordinating between Japan head quarter and Thai blanch on aspect of language
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, male or female, Age 22-35
•Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language or related fields.
•Good command of written and spoken English
•PC Skill (Microsoft office)
•Japanese language skill at least N2 level
[Prefer]
•Experience in Japanese company
•Japanese language skill at least N1 level
Languages skills
English: Conversational to Business level
Japanese: Business level(N1-N2)
Workplace Area: BTS / Surasak (10 minutes by car)
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30
