D2C cost management specialist (45K – 55K) (SDG-111427)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and controlling D2C logistics costs or other related expenses.
• Processing orders and making the report.
• Coordinating with forwarders.
• Overseeing the product claims and returns process.
• Solving problems that may occur during the process.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์ D2C หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อและจัดทำรายงาน
• ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง
• ดูแลกระบวนการเรียกร้องและส่งคืนสินค้า
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
• At least 5 years of experiences as Cost planning, Business planning for online business (ex. Shopee, Lazada)
• At least 2 years of management Assistant - Manager level.
• Analyzing cost, load planning, presentation skills
• Advance conversation middle of English (Able to communicate with Report line (Korea))
• Proficient in MS office (*especially Excel and PPT)

Languages skills

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday)

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนต้นทุน การวางแผนธุรกิจสำหรับธุรกิจออนไลน์ (เช่น Shopee, Lazada) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ - ผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุน วางแผนการขนส่ง มีทักษะการนำเสนอ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สามารถสื่อสารกับหัวหน้างานได้ (ชาวเกาหลี))
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี (*โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PPT)
