Job Detail

- Managing, Controlling, Organizing and Directing of Die Casting Engineer Section (Die Design , Modify etc.)
- Coaching and Training Team to better process.
- Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
- Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the company’s products, systems, operations and processes (Aluminium die casting)
- Follow safety rules. Including controlling employees to comply with safety
- Supervise 5 S. in department.
- Control and comply with the requirements of the environmental management system. ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- Prepare Action plan and KPI report for the management every month.


- Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields
- At least 5-10 years experience as production control in any manufacture company.
- At least 3 years experience as assistant manager - manager level.
- Working experience in Diecasting process.
- Has knowledge in ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- Advanced Conversation low-middle level of English
- Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude
- Good communication skill with strong leadership.
- High responsibility able to work in a team with others well.
