Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall operation of E-Commerce
In charge of the management of web ads, IT development and maintenance, inquiry support, back end operation, analysis and promotion planning as well as logistics
Providing support to the team regarding SNS operation
Cooperate with the team members regarding the EC Projects
Manage and monitor the performance of the operation officers
Providing advice on the management of projects to the team members and organizing the various professional people working on a project
Negotiating with vendors to meet the desired KPIs
Carrying out risk assessment and ensuring that all the aims of the project are met
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 27 - 40
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/E-commerce or any related field
3-10 years’ experience in E-Commerce Operation Management
Good command of English
Challenging and willing to learn new things
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese speaker (Business Level)
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Work experience with Japanese companies
Languages skills:
English: Business level

Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:45 – 17.45
