Electrical Engineer (Gas Plant) (30K–50K) (SDG-108322)

<Job responsibilities>
- Electrical engineering relate for Design, specification, installation and commissioning of a new equipment or modification with final acceptance equipment test run
- Analyzing and solving machinery problems in normal and urgent situations/cases or on-call for continuous operation of machinery and Electrical system
- Complete corrective maintenance (CM) and predictive maintenance (PM)
- Control and improve plant availability, reliability are above than 99%
- Evaluating and presenting a monthly maintenance Summary report for analysis and improvement about availability, reliability, performance and efficiency of machinery
- Monitor and control maintenance Cost versus plant KPIs
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าเกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ ข้อมูลจำเพาะ การติดตั้งและการว่าจ้างอุปกรณ์ใหม่ หรือการดัดแปลงด้วยการทดสอบอุปกรณ์การยอมรับขั้นสุดท้าย
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรในสถานการณ์/กรณีปกติและเร่งด่วน หรือ On Call เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรและระบบไฟฟ้าทำงานได้ต่อเนื่อง
- การบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไขแบบสมบูรณ์ (CM) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์ (PM)
- ควบคุมและปรับปรุงความพร้อมของโรงงาน ความน่าเชื่อถือสูงกว่า 99%
- ประเมินและนำเสนอรายงานสรุปการบำรุงรักษารายเดือนเพื่อการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับความพร้อมใช้งาน ความน่าเชื่อถือ ประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษาเทียบกับ KPI ของโรงงาน
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- 3 - 5 years experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical, or chemical industry
- Cost reduction skills, Proficiency in Analyzing mechanical systems, and identifying areas for improvement.
- AutoCAD (2D/3D) and/or Microsoft Project, PLC, DCS, SCADA
- Good command of written and spoken English [to communicate internally]
- Electrical and control system knowledge.
- Experience in team management
- Excellent command in English
- Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015
- Planning control and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Present findings.
- Root cause analysis, Strong problem-solving skills with the Ability to propose and implement effective solutions.

- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้านอุตสาหกรรมก๊าซ ปิโตรเคมี หรืออุตสาหกรรมเคมี
- ทักษะการลดต้นทุน ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ระบบเครื่องกล และการระบุจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุง
- AutoCAD (2D/3D) และ/หรือ Microsoft Project, PLC, DCS, SCADA
- สามารถเขียนและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [เพื่อสื่อสารภายใน]
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุม
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีม
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความรู้ด้านการจัดการคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
- การวางแผนการควบคุมและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ยอดเยี่ยมเพื่อทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานข้ามสายงานและนำเสนอข้อค้นพบ
