Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for company rules and regulations
Create and implement the employee related activities
In charge of compliance updates/manuals
Coordinate with concerned government department
Maintain good relationships with other internal departments
Participate in resolving labor dispute situations and investigation if required
Coordinate with government agencies to find solutions
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age above 27-32
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
At least 5 years’ experience in ER
Strong knowledge in labor law
MS office
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:Bangrak / Bangkok
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:30 – 17.00

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 THB
