Engineering Department Manager (56K–60K) (SDG-114965)

<Job responsibilities>
- Act as the main point of Contact between production and clients to ensure timely, accurate production of plastic automotive components.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, Address concerns, and ensure parts meet standards.
- Oversee the development and approval of new plastic parts before mass production.
- Ensure production quality by implementing strict quality control and safety standards.
- Improve production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization using lean manufacturing techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage engineering and production staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative, efficient work environment focused on meeting company goals and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Promote Continuous improvement within the department.
- Other task as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related Engineer field
- At least 5-10 years of experience in production process control related to Plastic Mold or Plastic Injection
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership ability (managing Engineering staff and Production staff)
- Experience in providing new sample parts/new mold to clients and get approval
- Conversational middle-level in English (for Communicating with Japanese Factory manager and documents)
- Good Computer skills. (Word, Excel)
- Good relationship, highly Responsible, and willing to work under pressure
- Strong leadership Ability with Good communication skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Direct Experience of production control in plastic components for automotive

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Monday-Friday, Saturday: Every other Saturday (08.00-17.10))
