Facade Engineer @Samutprakarn (41K-54K) (SDG-29162)
<Job Responsibilities>
Report to HQ in Japan/Singapore & top management of ATST office
Overview project by designing / estimate expense / inspection
Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
Able to use CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues
Familiarity with construction trends, international design standard and building regulations in Thailand
Wide network of building professionals and property
Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, facade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
Preparation of quotations and other sales terms & conditions
Formulation and execution of sales strategic and business objectives
Business trip to Singapore/Japan for meeting with GM (3-5 days/month)
Preparation of periodic reports
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of project management in designing facade/ curtain wall / construction industry
Degree in Architecture/ Civil or Mechanical Engineer
Good knowledge of design standards/ facade building materials/ building regulations and installation techniques
Knowledge of Facade material, structural calculation and project management
Able to design/ making proposal/ create quotation / inspection onsite
Fluent in spoken and written English (client and direct report)
Self-oriented
