<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards, including coordinating for Waste management.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
・Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
・Determining facility and equipment specifications.
・Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.
・Overseeing the implementation of facility relocation/expansion, i.e. utility plans (layout), infrastructure, systems.
・Inspection and Installation of industrial equipment.
・Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
・Evaluate and improve operational efficiencies.
・Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment preventive maintenance schedules and activities.
・Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
・Troubleshooting malfunction equipment and make on-site repairs when needed; to minimize/eliminate equipment downtime.
・Analyze resource (energy) consumption in each sector and recommend/implement improvements
・Preparing reports and compliance documentation.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer related fields
・At least 3 years experience as Facility and Maintenance engineer in machinery industrial
・Have experience in electronic building
・Able to read 2D,3D CAD and solid work
・Strong knowledge of ERP
・Conversation middle level in English
・Ability to read system schematics.
・Knowledge of the building process and construction principles and relevant regulations and factory building codes.
・Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, heating, and pressurized plumbing systems.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to work with heavy equipment.
・Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
・Ability to work well under pressure
・Demonstrate excellent Project Management skill, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・Good verbal and written communication skills and training skills
