Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor industry) (38K-50K) (SDG-80088)
วิศวกรบริการภาคสนาม (อุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit client with sales position to hear about details of inquiries and requests from client
- Support sales position in terms of technical knowledge
- Support client to install and set up new machine in client site
- Visit client site to check and maintenance machine
- Communicate with group company in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. to get the information of machine inquiries (Factories are located in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia)
- **Visit client 3-4 times per week
- **This position have to use own car to visit client
- **Client area: around Bangkok, Pathum thani, Chiangmai, Korat

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 26-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical engineering
- More than 3years of working experience as Mechanical Engineer or Service Engineer which handled semiconductor manufacturing equipment (Especially mold equipment)
- Conversational high level of English (To communicate with Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia members)
- Person who can go to business trip or training in oversea countries
- Person who can use own car
- Not job hopper

- Business level of English or Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าพร้อมกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อฟังรายละเอียดการสอบถามและคำขอจากลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนตำแหน่งการขายในแง่ของความรู้ด้านเทคนิค
- รองรับลูกค้าในการติดตั้งและตั้งค่าเครื่องใหม่ในไซต์ของลูกค้า
- เยี่ยมชมไซต์ลูกค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่อง
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับกลุ่มบริษัทในญี่ปุ่น สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย ฯลฯ เพื่อรับข้อมูลการสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร (โรงงานตั้งอยู่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น สิงคโปร์ และมาเลเซีย)
- **เยี่ยมลูกค้า 3-4 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์
- **ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องใช้รถส่วนตัวมาเยี่ยมลูกค้า
- **พื้นที่ลูกค้า : รอบกรุงเทพฯ, ปทุมธานี, เชียงใหม่, โคราช

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 26-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปี ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือวิศวกรบริการ ซึ่งดูแลอุปกรณ์การผลิตเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ (โดยเฉพาะอุปกรณ์แม่พิมพ์)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับสมาชิกชาวญี่ปุ่น สิงคโปร์ และมาเลเซีย)
- ผู้ที่สามารถเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจหรือฝึกอบรมในต่างประเทศได้
- ผู้ที่ใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวได้
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย

- ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับธุรกิจ
