<Job Responsibilities>
 Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
 Improves financial performance by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends and opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
 Identify economic/general issues with potential economic impact on the property industry
 Responsible for asset management, proactive risk management on all properties and identifying methods to increase equity and cash flow.
 Work with the accountants to understand and structure investment types.
 Resource allocation and planning skills toward knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
 To be able to research, collate, and analyze accounting data and balance sheets
 Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes
 Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
 Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
 Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
 Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
 Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
 Develop models that help with decision-making

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 8 years’ work experience of Financial Analyst in hotel or real estate property management.
 Good level of experience with residential property transactions
 High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
 Strong quantitative and analytical competency
 Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel and related programs
 Good written and spoken English
