GA Manager (55K-60K) (SDG-37091)
<Job Responsibilities>
Design and install integrated HR system and company rule
Lead employees to follow company's regulation
Attend a meeting of all branch in order to understand employee's need
Oversee monthly running of the GA tasks for every branch (Silom, Suvarnabhumi, Chiang Mai and Eastern Seaboard)
Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure dedicated workforce and meet organizational capabilities
In charge of other GA task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 38-43 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in any related field
At least 8 years up experience in GA
Some management experience with subordinate
Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
Good in negotiation
Computer Literacy (MS. Office)
