Duties & Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system
Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship
Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
Day-to-day activities of General Affairs
Ensure overall security of the company’s properties, employees and interests.
Responsible in keeping good relationship between the company and it neighboring communities
Supervises procurement request, issuance, inventory and disposal of office supplies, uniforms and other materials controlled by the department
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 40-50
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field
At least 10 years’ experience in GA Management or HR field
Good command of English and computer literacy
Experience in Logistics Industry
Preferred Qualifications
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Labor Law
Work well under pressure
Languages skills:
ENGLISH: Business Level
Workplace Area:Bangphli
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00 (Saturday/depends on calendar)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB
