Duties & Responsibility:
•Administers and advises employees on the General Affairs and Training functions
•Coordinate and arrange staff training & development program
•Manage all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification
•Handle all problems which are related to any visa and work permit issues
•Recommends to management appropriate policies and procedures for the maintenance of General Affairs and Training functions
•Assist in the coordination of international and internal accommodation and travel plans
•Work closely and strong in Government Affairs such as Labour Law, Immigration, Work Permit, BOI, Municipality, etc.
•Responsible for organizing and coordinating group company shareholders meeting and board of director meeting schedules and taking minutes
•Supporting Human Resource department function including recruiting, compensation and benefit, and others
•To ensure working environment is clean, safe, conducive and the office promises are well upkeep and maintain.
•Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 28-34 years old
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in related to HR field
•At least 5 years’ Experience in GA&HR department
•At least 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing business
•Good English & Japanese communication skills (TOEIC 750) and Japanese (N2-N1)
•Computer literacy in Microsoft office Excel, Word and Power Point

•Experience in Affiliate company management
•Work experience in multinational manufacturer
Languages skills
English: Business Level (TOEIC 750)
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2-N1)
Workplace Area: Huaykwang, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00
