General Compliance Team Lead (80K–100K) (SDG-108885)
หัวหน้าทีมปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage good relationship with key regulators.
- Prompt identification of applicable laws and regulations, impact assessment and implementation of appropriate controls
- Oversee execution of compliance Program
- Support and work in collaboration with HO / Regional Department
- Prepare and present compliance reports to the appropriate governance forum
- Develop and Implement appropriate compliance trainings for all employees
- Oversee identification, assessment and management / remediation of key compliance risks / issues.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลหลัก
- การระบุกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง การประเมินผลกระทบ และการดำเนินการควบคุมที่เหมาะสมโดยทันที
- ดูแลการดำเนินการตามโปรแกรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- สนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับ HO / แผนกภูมิภาค
- จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบต่อฟอรัมการกำกับดูแลที่เหมาะสม
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่เหมาะสมสำหรับพนักงานทุกคน
- ดูแลการระบุ การประเมิน และการจัดการ / การแก้ไขความเสี่ยง / ปัญหาการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดที่สำคัญ



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 43 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Finance or other related fields.
- 8 years in Banking, Compliance, Lawyer, Risk Management or related fields.
- Good command in English communication (Communication with clients, documents and e-mail)
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Experience from Foreign Bank.
- Experience in the Banking business is optional

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon -Fri, WIO 100%)

- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้า เอกสาร และอีเมล)
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์จากธนาคารต่างประเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจธนาคารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
