Job Detail

- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals and manage overall operations, commercial, people and safety in an organization.
- Provide strategic advice for all company members to have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
- Check and manage the account side
- Collaboration with JP HQ of requirements
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years of management experience in any Japanese manufacturing company.
- Have working experience as sales or admin or account with Japanese language
- Conversational middle-level of Japanese
- Experience dealing with Japanese customers and communicating with Japanese headquarter.
- Not job hopper
- Good command of English skill

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Industry experience related to air conditioning
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
