ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการขายและการบำรุงรักษา

<Job responsibilities>
- There are 6 bases(regions)and about 100 people.
- There are 2 or 3 regional MGs.
- For this position, you are on the top for 2 or 3 regional MGs.
- Strategy formulation and execution for the entire organization
- Allocation of resources to generate profits
- Regional Manager management
- Management of daily operations
- Other related tasks as required.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- มี 6 ฐาน (ภูมิภาค) และประมาณ 100 คน
- มี MG ระดับภูมิภาค 2 หรือ 3 แห่ง
- สำหรับตำแหน่งนี้ คุณจะอยู่ในอันดับต้นๆ ของ MG ระดับภูมิภาค 2 หรือ 3 ตำแหน่ง
- การกำหนดกลยุทธ์และการดำเนินการสำหรับทั้งองค์กร
- การจัดสรรทรัพยากรเพื่อสร้างผลกำไร
- การจัดการผู้จัดการภูมิภาค
- การจัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 45 - 52 years old
- Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years experience in construction machinery, trucks, industrial machinery, and transportation equipment as sales or maintenance
- Management experience as a GM
- Good command of English skills (dealing with customers, internal use, etc.)
- Have driving license

- People who can control Thai persons
- People who can control about organization
- People who can commit target

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Si Iam
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, WIO 100%)

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี ด้านเครื่องจักรก่อสร้าง รถบรรทุก เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม และอุปกรณ์ขนส่ง ในด้านการขายหรือซ่อมบำรุง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารในฐานะ GM
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (ติดต่อกับลูกค้า การใช้งานภายใน ฯลฯ)
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
