Work Outline: Overseeing all print and digital marketing design, production and coordination needs for Asia markets in which we operate. This position will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and support the business in Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong/Macau, China, Japan and Korea.
Duties & Responsibility:
Produce compelling, creative design and user-focused solutions that align with the business and marketing objectives
Create design concepts and layout solutions based on a variety of projects from collateral to presentations to online advertising to web and email campaigns
Ability to mark up and prepare final designs and assets for publishing
Review final designs and suggest improvements as needed
Manage and oversee all production and logistics for marketing related activities and events
Work closely with the Asia based sales, customer success, sales development and product teams
Work with marketing team to develop successful marketing communications and toolkit materials to support local and regional sales and marketing efforts.
Key success metrics for this position include:
Quality of marketing materials developed and produced
Impact of internal and external communications and marketing materials
Consistency enforced global brand standards and guidance
Qualifications:
[Must]
Degree in graphic design or related field, with both education and hands-on experience
Experience in Technology, Software (SaaS), Social and/or Mobile related technologies. Experience in hospitality a plus.
Fluency in both English and Thai
5+ years of experience in graphic design – strong graphic design, file handling, layout, image manipulation, production and color correction skills
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Understanding of online media and how to design in Photoshop in layers to release files for final production
A broad range of multimedia design skills – adept at working in digital media and print and video

You’re self-motivated, proactive, and hard working with strong problem-solving , creative thinking and interpersonal skills
You are very organized with a strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
You are a team-player with the ability to work effectively and often independently with teams located across multiple cities and the globe
including sales management, executive teams, clients and other internal teams
