Head Chef (Ko Pha-ngan) (36K–56K) (SDG-114291)
<Job responsibilities>
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and innovate food menus.
- Manage orders, and Control quality, taste, costs, and ingredient usage.
- Ensuring consistency in the standard of dishes served to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction when necessary.
- Supervise and oversee kitchen staff to ensure compliance with regulations and hygiene standards.
- Resolve on-the-spot issues within the kitchen and Coordinate with the restaurant manager
- Participate in planning and managing special projects to enhance the company’s products and services
such as organizing on-site and off-site events.
- Training new employees.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a kitchen.
- Experience new set up restaurant.
- Well-versed in selecting ingredients, utilizing kitchen tools, cooking techniques, and plating presentation.
- Demonstrates expertise and a deep understanding of cooking processes and techniques.
- Flexible and adaptable, open to feedback for improvement and embracing suitable changes.
- Conversational high in English (Communicate with the owner and customers)
- knowledge of seasoning to enhance the natural flavors of ingredients
- Controlling heat to achieve optimal doneness.
- Creative, attentive, open-minded, willing to learn, experiment, and develop knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of teamwork.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of local ingredients and their origins in Thailand

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Ko Pha-ngan, Surat Thani
Working Hour: 10:00-19:00(6 days a week, Holidays as designated by the company calendar)
