Duties & Responsibility:

70% Admin task 30% Accounting task
(Detail)
Handling with payment of invoices to suppliers and vendors
Handling with General Ledger transactions during month-end closing
Handling with intercompany trades and transactions
Working as caretaker of the accounting system and a petty cash custodian
Maintaining records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and provide office support duties.
Involving in staff recruitment, make recommendations on HR matters
Supervise the maintenance of the employee handbook, company records, employee insurance benefits, employee time off benefits, new hire paperwork.
Maintaining company insurance coverage.
Preparing monthly payroll and disbursement of salaries and Security & Provident fund
Liaise with local auditors and bankers.
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
Thai nationality, male or female, age between 25-30 years
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field
Experience in HR function or Accounting at least 3 years
Good command of English and Japanese
Computer literacy(MS office)
[Prefer]
Owned CPD license
Preferably female
Able to communicate in Japanese
Experience with new set up company
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Workplace Area: wireless road, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
