Duties & Responsibility:
[Outline]: Complete the payroll process and assist recruiting department.
Handling with recruitment process and screen resumes and pre-interview candidates.
Searching and reviewing applicant’s resumes and selected qualified.
Dealing with government bodies in terms of social security.
Responsible for provident fund and document related.
Arranging employment contracts and other related duties.
Monitoring reporting time attendance, recruitment status, turnover rate and related.
Supporting all tasks related HR working process.
Performing other HR tasks as assigned by GA Manager and AGM Manager
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum requirements]
Thai Nationality.
Male or Female, Age 25 years up.
Bachelor’s degree related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in HR and GA fields.
Knowledge of payroll.
Good relationship, high service minded and team player.
Computer literate.
Command in English.
[Prefer]
Understand Japanese culture, Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
Pay roll program: Excel, B-Plus and Tiger Soft Computer literacy.
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation
Japanese: Not required
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 18,000 -30,000 THB
