Work Outline: Responsible for all administration for support back office and HR Tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
•Responsible for handle all of documents in office and create company’s rule
•Prepare documents for customer such as company’s registration , contract , some documents about Thai labour law or any process for work permit
•Handle translation job from Thai to Japanese or interpret in office
•In charge of all of recruiting new employee and deal with HR agency
•In charge of calculating employee’s salary
•Assist Japanese MD for other admin task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Female only , age 27-35
•Bachelor Degree in any related field
•Good command of English and Japanese (at least N2)
•5-10 year of working experience in Administrative
•Good interpersonal skill
[Prefer]
•Experience of working for audit / accounting company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Business level (at least N2)
Workplace Area: (BTS) Phrom Phong *10-15 min from station by walking
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 45,000THB – 50,000THB
