HR & Admin Officer (JLPT N3+) (32K–37K) (SDG-116786)
<Job responsibilities>
1. HR Recruitment & Administration (50%)
-manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
-maintain HR records, employment contracts, and compliance documentation.
-Oversee attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee benefits administration. (Supporting)
-Support performance evaluation processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
-Book flight, airplane ticket and car
2. Staff Training Arrangement Support (20%)
-Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees.
-Assist in identifying training needs and arranging learning & development activities.
-Handle logistical arrangements such as venue booking, training materials, and participant coordination.
-Track and document employee training progress and reports.
3. Expat & Japanese Staff Support (30%)
-Provide administrative and HR-related assistance to Japanese expatriates, including work permit and visa processing.
-Support Japanese employees in adapting to local work culture and policies.
-Assist with translation and interpretation (if applicable) for company communication.
-Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for expat staff.
-Act as a bridge between Japanese employees and local teams to enhance workplace harmony.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another related field.
- 3 years experience in HR, GA, or Admin who very good at coordination skill
- Experience in Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (from job postings, and interviews, to onboarding)
- High Conversational level of Japanese and strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese for communication with internal (At least N3 is a must),
- High Conversational level of English, (Presentation and documents)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Excellent knowledge of the labow laws
<Preferable skill/experience>
- working experiences in an international or Japanese company
- Experience visa and work permit
- Experience in ERP is preferred
- Financial advising license CPA/CPD is preferred
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.
- Analytical skills to identify training needs and learning gaps
- Strong customer-focused background to Problem-Solving and negotiation skills
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
