Duties & Responsibility:
Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs.
HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
Dealing with government officers for company’s matters
Support accounting staff (send invoices to customer)
Other administrative task upon the request opportunities
Qualification:
[Must]
Female, Thai Nationality, Age 25-33
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
At least 2-3 years working experience in HR & Admin
Computer literacy skill (MS Office)
Business level English Proficiency
Able to communicate in English or Japanese (conversational level)
[Prefer]
Open minded and willing to learn new things
Friendly and good communication skill
Languages skills:
English: Conversational level or
Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable but not required)
Workplace Area:BTS Saladang/ MRT Silom
Working Hour:Mon - Fri 8:30 – 17:30
