Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs.
HR function such as manage employee’s information, recruitment, payroll, Social Security Fund, Visa and work permits for Japanese staffs, other HR tasks
Dealing with government officers for company’s matters
Support accounting staff (send invoices to customer)
Other administrative task upon the request opportunities
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Female (*Only), Age 24 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administrations or related field
At least 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Administration field
Able to communicate in English and Japanese
***Be able to start working immediately after signing Offer Agreement.!
[Prefer]
Experience in making payroll is preferable
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2)
Workplace Area: 29th Floor, United Center Building, BTS Saladaeng/Silom
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
