Responsible for all HR and Admin task in the company

Supporting in overall of HR functions such
•Recruitment and selection: Recruitment channel & sources, recruitment & employment coordinator, employment process, interviews, evaluation, health checkup, employment contract, probation & confirmation letter, database & records
•Compensation and benefits: Employee requisition & reimbursement, database & records, Medical & life insurance, congratulations & condolence
•Employee relations: Company announcement & HR information board, employee handbook, rule & regulation, disciplinary, emergency situation alert & information, compliance, company activity, Quality improvement activity & awards
•Training: Training needs, arrangement & coordinator, evaluation, database & records, E-learning & education
•Performance management system
•Social security fund, visa and work permits
Other HR and Administrative tasks assigned by Manager
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 26-30
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Arts (Major English, Japanese) or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource
Good personality and interpersonal skill
Goo computer literacy in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
[Preferable]
Good command of English
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour:Flexible time/start from 8-10 AM and work for 8 hours
Monday – Friday/Saturday 1 day per month
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-44,000 THB/ Month
