Duties & Responsibility:
【Work Outline】: Handle HR (Recruiting/Payroll) (30%) & Administrative Tasks(70%) (Legal & Labor related Documentary/Contract/Certificates/ISO/GMP/Stock Holders Meeting, etc.)
- Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and Administrative Tasks to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
- Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Contract, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
- Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Managing & prepare all company Important Meeting (Stock Holders Meetings) activities.
- Translate the documents from Thai – English if needed.
Qualification
(Must)
- Thai Nationality Only, Female/Male Age: 35– 45
- At least 10 years working in HRM/Admins Field
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/ Business or other related field.
- Good Command in English is a MUST!
- Leadership, Well-Manner, Flexible & Good Interpersonal skill.
- Good Computer Skill
(Preferable Qualification)
- Flexible to do multi-function tasks and helpful personality.
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-50,000 THB/ Month
- Annual Leave 6 days (Maximum 20 days)
- 5-7 months pool Bonus
