Manage all HR task and support general affairs to make strong organization by local people

Understand organization and company policy to be always in middle between management team and staff, then make best HR solution for both company and staff
Responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and coordinate with management in relation to all Human Resources Management and Labor law activities
Setting up and maintain policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions
Improve company’s regulation and explain to staff
Handle all recruiting process including manage schedule to be match with business plan and other department request.
Analyze and planning salary for annual increment or other purpose
Analyze HR data report and all activities to support management decision making.
Developing training program or employee relation activity when it’s needed
Other GA tasks might be assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 35-45
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
At least 10 years HR experiences
Have working experience in Japanese company and understand Japanese culture
Good command of English
Be able to work for long time to become Manager or GM near future
PREFER
Japanese skill is high advantage
Honest person
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Advanced Conversation – Business level
Workplace Area: Silom / Bangkok
Working Hour:8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 35,000THB – 60,000THB *including allowance
