HR Chief (35K–45K) (SDG-114259)
<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee all HR activities across the operations, including recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, and all other HR-related activities to support the business needs.
- Supervise HR staff in reviewing payroll calculations, including Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowances, PND.1, SSF, deduction, expat-related handling, etc.
- Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (Attendance, leave record, etc.)
- Create agreements, forms, notices, rules & regulations, reviewing and revising for improvement.
- Support and be the contact point for government units relating to employees and company; DSD, Labour Dept., SSO, etc.
- Control and manage the PDPA process, and update It from time to time as required by law.
- Be the contact point for employees to give advice, information, and details on employees' requirements.
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 5 – 8 years of work experience in HRM/HRD
- Conversational High level of English (documents, reports, Email, Internal)
- Good command of computer literacy skills; MS Office.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in data analysis relating to HR will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling Visa and work permits will be an advantage.
- Experience in using HumanOS will be an advantage.
- Have interpersonal communication skills e.g., able to communicate both Internal and external of the organization at all levels in Any circumstances.
- Able to work under pressure as the work needs the most attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and TEAM player.
