HR Coordinator (25K–33K) (SDG-114262)
<Job responsibilities>
- Assist and Support the HR team for all HR activities across the operations, including recruitment, Employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and all other HR activities in the organization.
- Maintain and update e-file/physical Employee records: attendance, Employee database, etc. according to policy and legal requirements, including outsourced drivers.
- Payroll calculation includes other allowances: attendance, OT, Gasoline, commute, P.N.D.1, SSF, deduction, etc.
- Be involved in staffing and onboarding until the offboarding process: prepare Job descriptions, Job ad posts, schedule interviews, etc.
- Oversee and be the point of contact for insurance (health, accidental, company's car, etc.), and health check-ups.
- Prepare documents and processing of VISA, Work Permit, and residence of expats and their families, including inbound/outbound staff both locals & foreigners.
- Handle and control the schedule of the company’s cars, repair, and maintenance.
- Plan and arrange company’s / corporate’s events
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years experience as an HR generalist with experience in handling payroll
- Experience in ex-pats Management(VISA, Work Permit)
- Conversational middle-level of English (documents, reports, email, internal)
- Good command of computer literacy skills; MS Office.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working in Japanese organizations will Be an advantage.
- Experience in using HumanOS will Be an advantage.
- Have interpersonal communication skills e.g. able to communicate both internal and external organization.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to Work individually and team player.
