Duties & Responsibility:
• Communicate with group companies to understand their recruitment need in any opening position and ensure recruitment target is correctly identified
• Screen all incoming CV
• Conduct interview to assess candidates based on position requirement and company’s criteria
• Shortlist candidates and propose to HR of group companies together with wrap up candidate evaluation gained from interview
• Conduct new employee orientation and necessary training
Qualification:
• Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age 28-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Arts, Humanities, Psychology or any other related field
• 4-6 years’ experience in recruitment function in manufacturing environment or recruitment agency is preferable
• Good command in English
• Computer literacy
*English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
