Duties & Responsibility:
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in align-ment with the business objectives.
Provide Top Management with professional consultation on key HR issues.
Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant on people issues
Manage and monitor all administration tasks: rule and regulations, internal environ-ment, internal purchasing, etc.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 40-50 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related fields
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resource management
Good understanding in Financial statements
Good command of English & Japanese
Leadership and well management skills

Able to handle multi tasks assignment
Good communication skills is preferable
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2)
Salary 50,000 – 80,000THB (Depend on Experienced)

Products & Service: Special Steel (Bars/Wire rods), Steel sheets, Parts for heavy industries (automotive, construction, etc.)
Working time: 09:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday (Saturday half day Once a month)
