Duties & Responsibilities:
Be responsible for issuing Visa and work permit for native Japanese staff
Prepare all necessary documents to apply work permit and Visa by coordinating with Japanese staff
Manage all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification.
Handle all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues
Make a good relationship with Labor Department and immigration officer in order to make all application process and negotiation be more smoothly.
Handle all cancelation and extension process of Visa and work permit.
Supporting Human Resource department function including recruiting, compensation and benefit, and others
Support HR Admin task, for example managing HR related documents
Other task which is assigned by supervisor
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age around 25 - 35 * Female is preferable
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 year’ s experience in HR field or any experience to support Visa and work permit issue for Japanese staff
Have a good negotiation skill with immigration and Labor department
Advanced conversation level of English
Be punctual to any schedule and deadline, organized person
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese skill is highly advantage
Languages skills:
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese : Advanced conversation level *Preferable
Workplace Area:Asok / Bangkok
Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:45 – 17.45
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 THB *Negotiable
30,000 – 45,000THB for Japanese speaker * Negotiable
