Duties & Responsibility:
- Responsible to Implement, develop HR Procedure in accordance with Law and Company's policy
- To be responsible for recruitment, selecting including sourcing in several channel especially recruiting in labor level i.e. PC staff, Drivers etc.
- Recruiting employees through interview and selections
- Support HR & GA Manager in all job assignment i.e. support training and development staff
- Responsible for the General Affairs
Qualification:
MUST
- Male/Female Age: 31-40
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Good knowledge in HRM especially for recruitment.
- Proactive, good collaboration, can handle multi tasks assignment
- Good computer skill especially Microsoft Office Excel
PREFER
- Good command in English
- Experienced in recruiting in labor level in service or related Industry is a plus
Workplace Area: Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-35,000 THB/ Month
- Bonus: 1- 3 months (Depend on company’s profit)
