Responsibility:
* Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
* Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
* Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
* Controlling payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
* Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
* Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
* Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Qualification:
[Must]
* Male or Female with Thai Nationality, age 33 - 40 years old
* Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field
* Experience over 8-10 years up in general human resources functions with HRIS knowledge (used to manage 100 – 200 staffs)
* Good command of English
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
* Good communication, influencing, problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
