Duties & Responsibility:

(1) Recruitment and Selection

  • Initiating recruitment strategic, promotion or activities for recruitment such as career exhibition, university campus and job fair etc.
  • Arrange interview appointment and conduct skill test
  • Screen application and phone interview to obtain information on work history and related
  • Handling to offer and negotiate process to find suitable salary and other benefits for candidates.
  • Arrange Employees contract, probation and labors agreement
  • Conduct recruiting and arrange monthly report.

(2) Training and Development

  • Responsible for full scope of training administration both internal and external courses identified in annual training plan
  • Ensure a timely and accurately update of employee training records.
  • Ensure that training & development activities are conducted to meet legal requirement
  • Conduct training and development and arrange monthly report

(3) Performance Management System

  • Enhance Performance appraisal and process evaluation plan
  • Liaise with related person and summary performance of employees

(4) Compensation and benefit: Monitor Payroll, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Time attendance

(5) Organization Development: Employee relation, Organization Culture etc.

 

Qualification:

MUST

  • Male / Female  Age 32 – 37 years old
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or related fileds
  • More than 5 years of experienced in Human Resource Management field.

 

PREFER

  • Good interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill and proactive is an advantage
  • Having experience in Pay roll, and set up KPI target is an advantage
  • Experience in Managerial Level is an advantage
