Duties & Responsibility:
- Being responsible for all functions of Human Resources; Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, Training and development
- Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
- Maintaining and controlling Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
- Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
- Controlling payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
- Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
- Male only, Thai Nationality, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor or Master Degree or higher in Law, Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Good working knowledge of Thai Labor Law, payroll, compensation & benefits and recruitment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.

- TOEIC score 700 up is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
