In charge of recruiting and training function
(Detail)
Recruiting function
Coordinates to update job requirement, job description and plan an annual recruit. Implement recruit, conducting interview, test, counseling to select employee as annual plan or vacant position
Coordinate and implement to assess performance of employee on probation period
Search various channels of recruit that match the inconstant lifestyle of applicant
Training function
Concern and advice any activities that are development of cognitive consciousness, mental and physical health continued.
Analyze outsource training subject that is benefit and fulfill employee's knowledge as Job Description mentioned, and advice to the meeting of Annual Training Plan.
Asses the training result and present to Management with comment to develop\ Training Subject or Program
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 40-45
Bachelor’s degree or Higher in any major of social science
10 – 15 years related HR experiences and / or training
Be able to organize multi working: recruit , payroll, training, performance assessment, welfare and labor relation
Be able to deal or work under pressure, keep confidential information, monitoring as well as motivate the action
Positive and creative thinking

Have experience in Recruiting and Training
Languages skills:
English: Daily conversational level to Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: Bangkok / Ratchadamri
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 60,000THB – 70,000THB
