Work Outline: Manage and monitor all of HR Department
Duties & Responsibility:
Managing, developing an efficient for HRM&HRD and employee relation is aligned with the company policy
Setting up recruitment channels and developing recruitment processes
Implementing an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management
Ensuring efficient payroll and administration processes
Guaranteeing working conditions are in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
Managing relationship with local employee representatives
Building relationships among employees and creating a strong working atmosphere to enhance employees’ loyalty
Consulting with, and advising line managers and supervisors on solving labor issues
Providing advice relating to government regulations, e.g. minimum wage and terms & conditions of working, employee relations
Coordinating budgeting and HR cost controlling ensuring alignment with yearly business plans
Control, Check subordinate‘s operation is aligned the division target
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality only, Female only, age 38-45
•Bachelor's Degree in Human resource or related field.
•At least 8 years’ experience in HR and 4 years’ experience in management level
•PC Skill (Microsoft office) (Especially Excel)
•Good command of both written and spoken English
•Knowledge about basically Labor Law

•Experience as a Manager of an HR Department in a medium or large size international company would be preferable
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: On-Nut, Bangkok (Have van service from BTS On-nut)
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/ Month (excluding allowance)
