HR Manager (50K-80K) (SDG-39017)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible general HR duties and improve the quality of HR functions
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, Employee development set KPI’s, training and appraisals
To lead, supervise and conduct human resources (Concentrate on recruitment & education)& General affair functions (Concentrate on corporate matter)
To be responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smooth day to day operations
To stand between Management and employees to enhance mutual understanding and Circulate appropriate information
To execute any admin related projects per management assignment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 33-45 years old
Bachelor degree
Business level of English (Communicate with JP management in Thailand and Singapore)
HR Management experience for three years
Stable career (One company at least three years working)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in Japanese company as HR
