HR Manager @Samutprakan (70K-100K) (SDG-39288)
<Job Responsibilities>
Developing HR planning strategies
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts
Conceptualize, develop and implement strategy for people development in line with business strategy and direction.
Lead the Training
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment, tax and any other HR/labor related legislation
Forecast people requirements to support business strategic objectives, which includes succession planning, leadership development, long & short-term staffing plans.
Develop and institute HR policies, processes and practices that build a positive work environment
Develop and structure compensation, benefit, reward and recognition strategies for the organization which are competitive and, attract and retain high performing talent.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-50 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced Conversational level of English (High) to talk with Japanese management
Having work experience for 10 years in HRD and HRM especially for factory
Management experience for five years
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Having experience in general affair manager

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri(Sat:5 times/yr))
