Responsibility:
* Manage all Training & Development of Group of Company to ensure that serve the company’s strategy and increase the efficiency of the employees including promote learning culture
* Training & Development activities (Analysis, Planning, Implement, Monitoring and Achievement)
* Management of quality of HR procedures, projects, processes, work performance tracking and analyzing (KPI)
Qualification:
[MUST]
* Thai Nationality only, age 35-40 years old, Male or Female
* Master’s degree in Business Management or any related field
* Minimum 5-10 years working experience in Human Resource with management level
* Experience in KPIs, Career Path, Training Development , Company Philosophy
[Prefer]
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skills
* Good Command of MS Office
English: Business Level
