HR Manager(HRBP/HRM/HRD) (110K–130K) (SDG-115803)
<Job responsibilities>
• HR Business Partnership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues, including talent Management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR business Partner to deliver high-quality HR Support and services to the organization.
• As HRM
- Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy. Provide strategic counsel and Support on talent Management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS Management, payroll administration, welfare & administration, and HR compliance.
- Oversee the performance Management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to wages, working hours, overtime pay, and employee benefit. Non-compliance can Lead to legal risks, penalties, and increased labor costs.
• As HRD
- People Development Architect: design and implement comprehensive HRD programs, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and career Development initiatives to unlock the full potential of our workforce.
- Learning & Growth Advocate: Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in people development. Implement effective learning and development programs to equip our people with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and support
• Labor Cost
- Oversee labor cost and identify opportunities for cost saving or efficiency improvements.
- Analyze labor cost data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for optimization.
- Provide guidance and Support to managers on labor cost Management strategies, including
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience(HR Manager), with a focus on HRBP, expertise in HRM, HRD, and Labour Law.
• At least 5 years overall experience of HRBP from Automotives Tier 1 or OEM industry.
• Currently must be working in Automotives industry.
• Strong of subordinate management with at least taking care 4 subordinates or above.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Passionate about creating a work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and excited to come to work every day.
• A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Business Level of English to coordinate with Japan HQ and President in Thailand
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
• HRIS experience.
• TOEIC 650+
• Experience with Japanese companies.
