HR Officer (Japanese Speaking) (28K–40K) (SDG-115690)

<Job responsibilities>
(Human Resources)
- Job Recruitment: Contact recruitment agencies to post job openings, schedule interviews, notify results of interviews, prepare for job applicant assessments, and set up recruitment booths at events (if applicable).
- HRM - employee Benefits: manage and verify employee Benefits, Oversee and develop policies on employee welfare to ensure they are modern and align with employee needs.
- HR Data Management, Analysis, and Verification: Record employee absences, Calculate overtime, and summarize monthly OT schedules. manage employee Data to Support strategic decision-making.
- Employee training & Development: Support planning and Management of employee skill Development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Organize company events, Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and analyze results to drive improvements.
- Employee Retention: Support planning and implementing employee Retention programs.
- Internal communication: Assist in communicating HR updates, news, and policies, and Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies.
- HRIS & technology: Participate in the Development and use of HRIS or new technologies to simplify HR processes.
[Japanese/English Interpreter ]
- interpreter / Translate Internal documents related to HR Work
[General Tasks]
- Cooperate in organizing ISO9001 activities and other events organized by the company. (training provided by company)
- other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in Human Resource (Fulloop)
- Conversation High-Business of Japanese (JLPT N3+ is a must), able to communicate with Japanese employees and contacting with external)
- Conversation high of English (for ducuments and communication)
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Coordination and communication skills.
- Good communication skills : Able to Communicate with all levels within the company structure.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- knowledge of ISO
- knowledge of labor Law (if available, will Be considered a plus)
- High Score of TOEIC is advantage

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15([Monday - Friday] [Saturday: 6-9 days per year (Depends on company's calendar)])
