Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish short-term and long-term training and development strategies
Maintain the quality of design, development and facilitation of all training and development programs
Conduct training evaluation, follow-up results and reports
Provide the training for new and existing employees.
Initiates the discussion with Managers/ Management to identify training needs and development actions both individual and team.
Prepares the people data or HR analytics to support the people and organization discussion including follow up actions.
Organizes the training activities as planned and records all training activities.
Other duties as requested by Japanese Management
Desired skills & experiences:
[Minimum Requirements]
Thai Nationality, Male / Female, Age 23-27 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Human Resources or relevant field
1-3 years’ experience of handling Employee Training process or HRD
Good command of English
Pleasant personality, leadership skills, Self-motivated
[Prefer]
Experience in Automotive industry is a plus
Language Skill:
English: Advanced Conversational to Business level
Workplace Area: Huaykwang/ Bangkok (MRT Thailand Cultural Center)
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 27,000-33,000 THB/ Month
