Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outling) : Responsible for planning and implementing thorough HR processes of people planning, performance management, on boarding training program, and people development which includes both individual and team development plan
People Planning
- Initiates the discussion on people planning in each department so as to translate the department strategies into people and organization agenda.
- Works with the Management on the headcounts and consolidate the new headcounts of all departments to project headcounts of the total organization for budgeting.
- Co-studies the HR analytics and co-design new survey to get right analytics to use for organization development. This is included data gathering and processing in collaboration with the other HR areas.
Training and Development
- Initiates the discussion with Managers/ Management to identify training needs and development actions both individual and team.
- Prepares the people data or HR analytics to support the people and organization discussion including follow up actions.
- Organizes the training activities as planned and records all training activities.
- Follows up with the managers on IDP action implementation and proactively supports to ensure the IDP implementation is done effectively.
Performance Management
- Reviews and proposes the performance management process and tools to achieve the process improvement and support the organization for the robust, fair, and simple performance review.
- Manages and follows up with the performance review for probationary period, mid-year performance review, and annual performance. This includes the performance review data maintenance for management reporting.
- Ensures that all functions conduct the performance review according to the process and timeline.
On Boarding Training Program
- liaises with the Recruitment section in order to develop the On-Boarding program to ensure new comers learns the business, process, and people faster according to their roles. Ultimately he/she develops the program to achieve the new comers’ engagement at the beginning of their career.
- Implements the On Boarding program as planned.
- Continuously reviews the program to identify areas for continuous improvement.
HR Project
- Leads or support HR projects as assigned. Projects include but are not limited to performance management, development, people planning, or on boarding program.
- Assists in developing the HR team members of all HR functions.
Qualification:
(Must)
- Thai Nationality Only, Male/ Female (Female is preferable) Age: 25– 30
- At least Bachelor Degree in HR or related fields
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR Development
- Excellent interpersonal skill, collaboration, and dynamic
- Experience in Project management
- English skills in both speaking and writing
- MS office skills
(Preferable Qualification)
- Experience being HRD Consultant for Leasing & Finance Company before

About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/ Month
